  • Addressing Discipline Disparities: Supporting district and school leaders to design and implement systems change for a restorative and accountable approach to discipline. Professional learning for leaders, teachers, and student support staff to shift mindsets and practices.

  • School Climate and Culture:  Diagnostic data analysis, on-site observations, and focus group interviews, followed by customized interventions to foster a culture of belonging. This service is offered to individual schools, cohorts of schools, or districts.

  • MTSS Implementation: Rolling out a case management structure for implementation of multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS) and ensure all students receive timely and appropriate interventions and services.

  • Family Engagement: Supporting districts and schools on leveraging the power of story to build relational trust among staff, parents and caregivers, and community members.

  • Inclusive Classrooms: Supporting leaders and teachers on structures and practices for effective inclusion of students with disabilities and multilingual learners in general education classrooms.

  • Restorative Practices: Professional learning for teachers on strategies to embed social-emotional learning, build relational trust and strengthen community, creating the conditions for academic engagement.

  • Instructional Walkthroughs: Designing a system aligned with district and school tools to assess implementation of inclusive and restorative practices, supporting leaders in using observational data to guide professional learning for staff.
